Each 10gm contains:

Jujube: 240 mg
Sebestan: 192 mg
Almond kernel: 120 mg
Liquorice : 96 mg
Babul gum: 48 mg
Tragacanth gum: 48 mg
Common mallow: 48 mg
Marsh mallow: 48 mg
Quince seed: 24 mg

Dosage

Children: 5gm (1/2 teaspoon) twice a day.
Adult: 10 gm (1 teaspoonful) twice a day. OR as directed by the Physician
